This review is long over due.
Why am I writing this now? Well my mom just sold her house in IL and we have been unhappy with how her realtor has handled things. It made my family realize how hard Bob worked when selling 2 of my dads properties (in IL). We wished my mom had listened when we recommended Bob. I was very dubious about selling our townhouse due to the worsening sellers market. He was always encouraging that it can be sold, and we got 20,000 more than we were asking. This was an as is sale. He always supplied me with complete information of what I would walk away with if it sold for different prices, so I was never guessing at what I would get if it sold for various prices. He was always available, never had to call or text twice. He is beyond a 10 rating. He is also assisting with some post sale items that needed to be handled. Literally, his job was over at the sale, but he is still there to assist. He is very personable, very easy to be with.
